BELGRADE - The Republika Srpska (RS) minister of judiciary, Marko Arsovic, stated that the extradition of RS citizens, sus pected of war crimes, is not in accordance with its Constitution and can not be realised all until the joint bodies with the Federation - which are according to the Dayton agreement in charge to resolve the issue - start to function. Arsovic said that RS is ready for a full cooperation with all bodies of the international community, as well as with the Tribunal in The Hague.

BANJALUKA - The president of the Democratic Party of Serbia, Dr. Vojislav Kostunica, assessed that "the upcoming elections in RS represent the crown of the Serbian people's fight for estab lishing a state West of Drina". "The elections are one more step making it possible to save and preserve RS. This is also in ac cordance with the Daytona agreement wherein B-H is said as the community consisted of two states - two entities", said Dr. Kostunica in an interview for Serbian RadioTV.

HAMBURG - The scientificexpert advisor to the Munich Insti- tute for Southern Europe, MarieJanine Calic, points out in the prestigious German political monthly, Aussenpolitik, that the "capture of Srebrenica and Zepa by Serbs came as direct reaction to Croatian's seizure of Western Slavonia". Frankfurter Runde shau's commentator, Rolf Paasch is of a similar opinion, conclud ing that "brutal crimes committed over the Serbs have not been so plentifully and detailed documented, as was the case of mass massacres over Serbs by Muslims from Srebrenica".

VUKOVAR - His Eminence the Bishop Sremski, Vasilije held a requiem in Vukovar for 257 identified victims of Croatian state terror in the city, following which a meeting under the slogan "Protest for Just Peace" started.
