"It is known who is Ejup Ganic! He is directly responsi ble for massacre in Dobrovoljacka street at Sarajevo, which occurred at the very beginning of the war. He was the main ar ranger of that atrocity. I heard him ordering it.Terrible! People here saw his visit as hard defeat" stressed Dr Plavsic. SARAJEVO - During the talks with the U.S.A. ambassador John Menzys, I was insisted on the releasing of Serb prisoners, while a protest is also filed due to the other entity official authori ties' prohibition which does not allow taking over the corpses of Serb soldiers on the Mount Ozren - stated Momcilo Krajisnik, president of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (RS).The U.S.A. ambassador informed Krajisnik of the talks between the Bosnian vicepresident Ejup Ganic and President Slobodan Milosev- ic of Serbia in Belgrade. BANJALUKA - The 14th session of the Republika Srpska (RS) government, which started immediately upon the conclusion of the 13th session held in Slatina near Banjaluka yesterday, was discontinued late last evening by the discussion on Draft Law on telecommunications and about putting the finishing touches on it. The another 15 points of the agenda planned for this week will be dealt with at the next governmental session scheduled for Tues day, July 30, at Pale. BIJELJINA - A twoday long meeting between the members of the RS Ministry of Health expert group and the representatives of World Health Organisation (WHO), which discussed the functioning of health system in Republika Srpska, was concluded in Bijeljina. A great attention was paid to primary health protection, func tioning of health organisations as well as organisation of regional Clinics for health protection in RS. ATHENS - The Association of the GreekSerbian Friendship collected about 1,800,000 signatures in Greece by which signers condemn the pressures upon the Serbian leaders, Dr. Radovan Karadzic and general Ratko Mladic, confirmed Tasos Joanidis, official of the Association, explaining that "the Association will within the next days forward to the UN organisation the original specimen of petition. SOKOLAC - The OSCE approved per 750,000 DM to be paid off to both Republika Srpska and the CroatMuslim Federation as help for local Provisional Electoral Commissions (PIK) which are dealing with administrative affairs in relation with the elections, scheduled for September 14. TRAVNIK - The commander of the Muslim Army, Rasim Delic, accused "neofascism elements from Croatia of systematical fading away the idea for a common life of the two peoples Muslims and Croats in Bosnia". Delic said that Zagreb's political top, with Franjo Tudjman in the lead, by "its intense blows to unity", proves that the Croatian aspirations towards the "adjacent state" still exist. MOSTAR - Despite the opposition by the Muslim authorities, the action of collecting signatures for the formation of a new Croatian Municipality of Soli, which is to have a local self management, is in progress, reports the Croatian RadioHerzeg- Bosnia. Although the Muslim authorities in Tuzla proclaimed the act by their federal partners as legally unfounded, maintaining that "they will not allow Mostar's syndrome in Tuzla", member of the Presidency of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ), Stjepan Franjic claims that "everything is being done according to the law". ZAVIDOVICI - Due to the difficulties dayto-day provoked by Mujaheddins, the municipal authorities in Zavidovici, in consul tation with the Muslim top in Sarajevo, isolated and placed them at the reservation within the occupied Serb community of Dolac, not far from the city.
