NOVI SAD - Vicepresident of Republika Srpska (RS) Biljana Plavsic, said September elections are the chance to maintain and build up the Daytonachieved degree of statehood and independence of RS. "RS must not allow to be drag into an unitary Bosnia, as desired by Alija Izetbegovic, which would mean for the Serbs a status of the secondclass citizens", underscored Biljana Plavsic in an interview for tomorrow's edition of Dnevnik.

SIPOVO - While on visit to Sipovo, RS prime minister Gojko Klickovic and ministers of information and trade, Dragan Bozanic and Spasoje Albiajnic, promised that all institutions in charge would provide the city with electricity, activate the lumber industry, resume live stock and install telephone network.

TREBINE - Regarding the sixth anniversary of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS), a meeting took place this evening in Tre binje under a title "For the Salvation of Serb Nation and Name", at which those gathered vowed their support to RS president Radovan Karadzic and the RS Army commander general Ratko Mladic. "The people of the Serb Herzegovina are witnessing an unseen campaign against historic figures Karadzic and Mladic, initiated by international powers, after having elicit by the hysteric policy, signatures guaranteeing them at least formally a free way for the realisation of genocidal antiSerb programme", says a telegram sent to Karadzic and Mladic from the meeting.

BEOGRAD - In his letter sent to the chief prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal Richard Goldstone, a Check professor Rajko Dolcek, wonders why the Tribunal as not indicted Izetbegovic and Tudjman, whose armies ethnically cleansed almost one million Serbs. "Tudj man and Izetbegovic have to be convicted, since there are unam biguous evidence that some having fought under their flag commit ted war crimes", said Dolcek in a letter published by Vecernje Novosti.

HAMBURG - The Hague Tribunal's decision confirming the indictments and arrest warrants against president Radovan Karad zic and general Ratko Mladic has no any practical value, assess the German press.

SARAJEVO - A year after the Serb forces liberated Srebreni ca, a debate among the Muslims extends over Muslim authorities and army's responsibility for the loss of this enclave. Ibran Mustafic, a deputy from Srebrenica in the Muslim Parliament, accused Alija Izetbegovic and the top Muslim authorities of betraying and scarifying this city in July, 1995. On the other hand, the Muslim army commander Rasim Delic is shifting responsi bility for the fall of the enclave to Srebrenica officers and soldiers. Officials in Sarajevo are blaming the UN and NATO for he fall of Srebrenica, which allegedly failed to defend the city, declared as "safe zone" in 1993.

TUZLA - The former Muslim army commander in Srebrenica Naser Oric openly threatened, at yesterday's gathering in Tuzla, that the Muslims will regain the enclave even at a cost of a new bloodshed, while a member of the CroatMslim Presidency Ejup Ganic, accused the UN secretarygeneral Boutros Boutros-Ghali of the fall of Srebrenica.

ROGATICA - President of the Rogatica branch of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) Milorad Janokovic, warned that the train ing and equipping military effective of the CroatMuslim Federa- tion is peace threatening and jeopardises the Dayton agreement. Commenitng all the more aggressive AmericanGerman intentions at bringing Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic to trial at the Hague, Jankovic warned that such an action might provoke a general rebellion.

ZVORNIK - The adoption of the Law on defence of the Croat Muslim Federation and issuing the arrest warrants against RS president Radovan Karadzic and the VSR commander Ratko Mladic is believed in Zvornik to be an additional pressure upon the whole Serbian nation to forgo its own state. SRNA's poll confirmed decisiveness of the RS residents not to allow the extradition fo the Serb leaders to the Hague Tribunal.
