BEOGRAD - The UN spokesperson in Belgrade Susan Manuel as sessed as being premature conclusions that the Dayton agreement collapsed, but not denying numerous difficulties in way to its implementation. "The peace agreement has to take its time, for the problems are of such a nature that it is unrealistic to expect them to be resolved thus far", stated Manuel for "Nasa Borba".
