ZURICH - The president of the Republika Srpska didn't re sign, such an information was placed by the High Representative of the international community Carl Bildt after the meeting with Momcilo Krajisnik, the president of the National Assembly of Srpska. The Swiss TV explains that particular international media interpreted this, Karadzic's authorising of Biljana Plavsic as his deputy in the international contacts, as his resignation.

PARIS - Main news the French journalists have taken with unseen rage is SRNA's denial of the alleged resignation of RS president Radovan Karadzic and the possibility of the soon refer endum in Srpska. The mere mentioning of the organising referendum horrifies "humanitarians" of the New World's Order, who are most of all scared of this public announcement of people's will.

BRUSSELS - Whole Belgium radio and TV network reported during this weekend about the political happenings in RS, as sessing that president Karadzic didn't leave his duty of the state's chief and that he successfully retained the control over events. The Belgium radio and TV commentators concluded that in recent events in RS mostly lost the international community, first of all the High international Representative Carl Bildt, "who didn't provide Karadzic's withdrawal".

LONDON - Majority of British media don't hide the entire confusion with political events in RS after the dismissal of the premier Kasagic. BBC asserts that by handing over his institu tional duties to RS vicepresident Biljana Plavsic, the RS presi- dent Radovan Karadzic announced his withdrawal from public and political functions.

SARAJEVO - The Minister of Justice in RS Government Marko Arsovic talked in Pale today with the Law Adviser of the High Representative of international community Peggy Hicks on the issues of private property in accordance with the provisions of the Dayton Peace Agreement. "We talked with the mission of the High Representative Carl Bildt about the contents of the RS property rules, and their harmonising with the provisions of the Dayton Accord", explained Arsovic.

ZVORNIK - The Municipal Board of the Serbian Democratic Party /OO SDS/ of Zvornik thinks that "former premier Rajko Kasagic, by his nondliberated acts produced great political damages to RS". "His ultimate goal was the reintegration of the RS in the unitary B&H in accordance with the same principle as was done with the reintegration of Republika Srpska Krajina into Republika Hrvatska", it is said in the announcement of OO SDS of Zvornik.

PRNJAVOR - The sense of appearing of some opponent parties on coming elections in RS is to break the unity of the Serbian electoral body and by scattering the votes secure the calibrator majority - warned the president of the General Board of Serbian Liberal Party Kosta Cavoski.

ATHENS - The Secretary General of NATO Javier Solana and the High Representative of the international Community Carl Bildt came last night to Athens where they would attend the closing of the work of the Assembly of North Atlantic Alliance on Monday, May 20. There are 300 participants from 38 countries members of NATO, and main issue is the implementation of the Dayton Agree ment., the role of NATO and the Programme of partnership for peace.

PODGORICA - The Serbian radicals from Montenegro believe that Biljana Plavsic, to whom the president Radovan Karadzic transferred a part of his duties, "will follow the right way on which was Karadzic while fighting for freedom and creating the RS".

PODGORICA - From the point of view of the governing party in Montenegro - Democratic Party of Socialists /DPS/, is very impor tant that all the processes in RS, and whole B&H occur in the democratic way and the will of people be fulfilled. "The personal changes which are happening at this moment in the government structures can't essentially influence the authorities in RS", thinks Predrag Bulatovic, the president of the Club of represen tatives of DPS in the Montengrian Assembly.

PODGORICA - The spokesman of the National Party of Montene gro Zelidrag Nikcevic stated that the state politics of Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY) has never revealed its real inten tions towards RS, its president Radovan Karadzic and Serbian people western from Drina river. "There is some deep injustice in that and it is necessary by Serbian president Slobodan Milosevic and Montengrian Momir Bulatovic to come out with the clarified attitudes towards Radovan Karadzic and the people of RS.

ZAGREB - The former Moslem premier Haris Silajdzic assessed that "CroatianMoslem Federation doesn't exist, and Croatian authorities treat B&H like vassal". In an interview given to the Croatian independent news "Novi list" explained that "more then two years after the signing the Agreement about creating the Federation, it still does not exist".
