HAN PIJESAK - The assistant rear commander of the Army of Republika Srpska (VRS) Ltgeneral Djordje Djukic died last night in the MilitaryMedicine Academy in Belgrade, due to his illness and exhaustion, upon his turn back from the trial in the Hague, announced the VRS Information Service. The VRS commander general Ratko Mladic sent a telegram of condolence to the family of late Djukic.

TREBINJE - The remains of six Serb soldiers who had been missing since August 16 last year from the TrebinjeDubrovnik section of the Herzegovina front, and whose identity was dete rimed yesterday, will be buried in Trebinje and Bileca.

BEOGRAD - The high representative of the international community Carl Blidt, assessed that "Republika Srpska and the CroatMuslim Federation are realities", and that "we can be optimistic regarding the stability in Bosnia".

ATHENS - Two most distinguished Greek professors of the international law, Alkis Papakostas and Lambros Celiaks, are sharply condemning the work of the Hague Tribunal, assessing that it was not founded at any international law or regulation. In a TV broadcast "View into World", they stressed that this Tribunal "cannot sue anybody, particularly not leaders of a people".

BELGRADE - Members of the Prisoners and Soldiers Section, working as a part of the Jewish Community in Belgrade, protested the intentions of the Croatian president Franjo Tudjman to bury remains of Ustashe criminals in the "Jasenovac" Concentration camp, next to remains of "their victims". The Prisoners and Soldiers Section demands "UNESCO an international protection for the 'Jasenovac' Memorial Complex in whole".

BEOGRAD - Only one per cent of RS citizens supports the former B-H as a unique state, claim the Muslim press agency "Onasa". The Belgrade's "Dnevni Telegraf" refers to a poll of this Muslim agency, claiming that 70 per cent of RS citizens are firmly opposing to the creation of the unique B-H".

MOSTAR - The mayor of the eastern (Muslim) part of Mostar, Safet Orucevic, conformed for Muslim RadioSarajevo that "elec- tions will not take place without prior determination of elec tion rules".

VLASENICA - Three persons died and one was severely injured late last night in a car accident in the centre of Vlasenica. The accident happened when Mladen (Radislava) Djordjvic from Nova Varos, driving his FIAT truck, hit these four persons.
