SARAJEVO - The RS National Assembly president Momcilo Kra jisnik condemned the Moslem attacks on Serbian civilians in Milici and Sarajevo suburb Dobrinja and characterised them like obvious examples of terrorism. He reproached the international community because they "didn't sanctioned these incidents in the proper way". Beside that, the president of Srpska parliament re proached the international community "for not condemning the belligerent statements of Moslem leaders" and for "not being more aggressive in implementation of the certain provisions of Dayton Agreement, particularly those related with the demarcation and freedom of movement".

SARAJEVO - The liaison officer of Igbal Riza, the UN General Secretary Special Envoy for the former Yugoslavia, Jeff Bomont presented himself to the reporters in Pale and informed them that his duty is to inform Mr. Riza about all contacts with the RS authorities and the Serbian people.

MILICI - Small group of RS police experts started the investigation of trails which would lead to the place where another two Serb civilians are buried after being murdered in the region of Stublic, near Milici. According to the information from Milici police station, they will be joined by their colleges from Srebrenica tomorrow. Zoran Stankovic, the pathologist from Bel grade is performing the autopsy of the bodies of two found Serbs. He emphasised that it will take a lot of time because the bodies were so horribly disfigured and distorted.

AMSTERDAM - Not even the second Hague Tribunal prosecutor's witness in the trial against Duska Tadica, the exCroatian police chief from Samac, Dragan Lukac, didn't testify against Tadic but against Serbs in general. Lukac came there to speak that Serbs as alleged were systematic in terrorising and murder ing Moslem and Croatian population in the framework of the policy of ethnic cleaning. Experts agree that the prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal, with the assistance of such witnesses, wish to prove that Tadic, as an individual, is mainly used for the pur pose of showing, as alleged, all inclusive aggression of "Bosnian Serbs".

SARAJEVO - The Bulgarian physicianvolunteer Mihail Nikolov, embittered by injustice done against Serbian people by Hague Tribunal for war crimes, sent a letter to the Tribunal's Prosecu tor Richard Goldstone in which he "voluntarily apply as an war criminal because of his assistance to Serbs". Doctor Nikolov in his letter warned Goldstone of " the very serious intention of the Tribunal for the first time in the history of the world to accuse and put on trial a whole nation".

MOSTAR - The Moslem Board for monitoring elections in Mostar protested today because of the decision of the EU ministers, to hold elections in this separated city at foreseen time, May 31 - reports Moslem radio in Sarajevo. The Board for monitoring the elections claims that the EU and administrator for Mostar Peres Casado by this decision violated alleged concord that from the day of announcing of elections until the day of their performing must pass at least six weeks.
