SARAJEVO - The prime minister of the Republika Srpska (RS) Rajko Kasagic presented the programme for reconstruction and a plan for the future development of the RS, at a meeting with Carl Bildt's representatives. After the meeting, Kasagic stated that members of Carl Bildt's Board of Directors expressed their con tent with the programme of reconstruction and development of the RS, even though they emphasised their interest in development of joint systems with the Federation. The RS prime minister pointed out at that the financing of the reconstruction is far from what was promised at the Donors Conference in Brussels.

PRISTINA - The Albanian secessionists used the accidental murder of 23-year old Armend Daci to organise a series of terror ist attacks mostly at Serb civilians. The score is five dead and the same number of wounded Serbs. A sign that something is hap pening on the Albanian political stage and that the matters are getting rapidly radicalised is more then obvious. We will recall only some of them: attacks at police and refugee camps, as well as boycott of trade at the Pristina market. All that was clear massage, but those to whom it was send did not understand it. Wellinformed sources in Pristina say that the boycott of paying rents and communal services is on the way, which will be followed by the "third phase", i.e. terrorist actions and open clashes, under example of April 22 events.

PRISTINA - Regarding Monday's Albanian terrorist actions in which five Serbs were killed and several wounded, on Friday, the Serbian Radical Party asked Serbian authority to bring culprits in front of justice as soon as possible. An announcement issued by the secessionist Democratic alliance of Kossovo (DSK), threat ens with continuing terrorist attacks.

BEOGRAD - The president of the Democratic Party of Serbia Bojislav Kostunica, stated that a wave of terrorism in Kossovo points out a need for an immediate SerbAlbanian dialogue. He as- sessed that "Kossovo is clear example that problems are growing worse when they are not dealt with, so we cannot even suppose to which extent this violence can flare up".

WASHINGTON - The US defence secretary William Perry stated that the pull out of US troops from the former B-H should start on december 20 and should be completed until February next year, but at the same time he announced a possibility of their stay if the peace process in endangered.

AMSTERDAM - In the latest UN bulletin, David Pecering - who worked on a project on cooperation and media in the CroatMuslim Federation between January 1 and February 14 - offered a more realistic view of the Bosnian situation which greatly differs from the picture of a multiethnic environment which is intended to be presented in the world. In his analyse, David Pecering stressed that former Bosnia is not nor it has ever been a multi ethnic state entirety.

ZVORNIK - Zvornik authorities concluded at today's session that the main attention in the coming period must be paid to the security situation because all the more frequent Muslim attempts at incursion into the Podrinje area. In the village of Baljkovac, several tens of Muslims armed with automatic guns attempted on April 23 to reach the Zvornik Municipality, but were prevented from doing so by selforganised Serb civilians, while IFOR and International Police did not react.
