SARAJEVO - The Republika Srpska (RS) Premier Rajko Kasagic talked today in Pale with the High Representative Karl Bildt about the reasons why Srpska did not participate at the Donors Conference in Brussels. After the meeting, the first after the Conference, Bildt tried to blame the RS leadership for not par ticipating, even though the RS Government clearly explained that RS participation in a joint delegation - with Moslem Government - is a violation of the Dayton Agreement.

SARAJEVO - The RS foreign minister Aleksa Buha talked in Pale with the Russian deputy foreign minister Nikolay Nikolayevic Afanasijevic about the implementation of the Dayton agreement. Buha informed guests about the unequal treatment of Srpska.

SARAJEVO - The RS internal minister Dragan Kijac talked in Pale with the IPTF commissar Peter Fitzgerald about the forcible Muslim attempts to enter Serb territory near Otoka and Doboj. Kijac informed IPTF representatives that the Muslims are intend ing to enter the Serb territory near Otoka, Doboj, Trnava, Ozren and other places in Srpska.

DOBOJ - Slobodan Konjevic from Doboj identified a member of Denmark IFOR battalion P.Nielsen who wounded him and another Serb man when a group of Muslims attempted to enter Doboj last weak.

LONDON - A representative of the Serbian Information Centre in London Misa Gavrilovic said that the essence of the B-H con flict is that "the Serbs want the equal treatment and the same rights that had been granted to the Muslims and Croats".

LONDON - Today's Independent writes that Izetbegovic's government "orchestrated rallies of Muslim populace as well as Muslim attempts to cross RS border". "The groups were headed by Muslim policemen in civilian dresses and the final aim of these marches is an attempt of the Party of Democratic Action to win sympathies among Muslim refugees before elections", claims the paper.
