Srpska Republica News Agency (SRNA) Directory

From: Mirjana Petrovic <almirja@cotton.vislab.olemiss.edu>

SARAJEVO - Belgrade's recognition of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (BJRM) is a Yugoslav matter - as an inde pendent state - while Republika Srpska and its people did not participate in this act, stated for SRNA the RS foreign minister, Aleksa Buha. While expressing regret at the reactions of some of the media in Greece regarding the Agreement on the mutual recog nition of Skoplje and Belgrade, Buha stressed that "there were no contacts between Srpska and BJRM".

DOBOJ - According to ICRC and POW Exchange Commission informa tion, as well as that of the First Krajina Corps, there are still Serbs in Muslim prisons, both registered and not. The Moslem Commission for POW exchange admitted that there are still prisons in Zenica where the Serb soldiers Dusan Skrebic, Nenad Skrebic and Adem Kurtovic are not registered and it is unknown what they are charged with.

LONDON - British media warn that the detention of colonel Krsmanovic in a Muslim prison, despite the fact that the Hague tribunal released him because of lack of evidence, might prompt the Serbs to detain Muslim war prisoners according to the princi ple of reciprocity.
