MRKONJIC GRAD - The vicepresident of Republika Srpska, Biljana Plavsic, condemned crimes committed by Croat and Muslim soldiers against the populace of the Mrkonjic Grad region in October 1995. Plavsic said that these crimes committed those how are boasting with their culture, civilisation and tradition.

DOBOJ - The president of the RS State demarcation commis sion, Velibor Ostojic, stated for RadioDoboj that "it is not true that Doboj will belong to the Croat/Muslim Federation". "Taking into the consideration the strategic position of the city, there will be no talks about the correction of borders".

ZAGREB - The arms embargo was violated all along the war in the former Yugoslavia, writes AFP. The arms shipments to the Muslim government in Sarajevo were tacitly approved by the USA in 1992, said an unidentified military attache.
