SARAJEVO - The RS National Assembly president, Momcilo Krajisnik, and the RS foreign minister, Aleksa Buha, talked in Pale with the chief of the CSCE mission for the former B-H, Robert Frowik, about the upcoming elections in Srpska and the Croat/Muslim Federation.

BANJALUKA - The RS premier, Rajko Kasagic stated after the meeting with the high representative of the international commu nity, Carl Bildt, and the Muslim premier, Hasan Muratovic, that the Serb side will release all war prisoners on April 1.

MRKONJIC GRAD - Corpses of eight Serb soldiers and two civilians, who had been killed during the Croatian aggression in October, 1995, were excavated today on the Mrkonjic Grad ceme tery.

THE HAGUE - Members of the RS Army, Drazen Erdemovic and Radoslav Kremenovic, were transferred from Belgrade to the Tribu nal's detention facility at the Hague, announced the Internation al War Crime Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. A communique says that "after the questioning at the Hague, Erdemovic and Kremenovic will be returned to Yugoslavia".

BANJALUKA - The president of the Banjaluka municipality, Predrag Radic, talked in Banjaluka, with the IFOR sector West commander, Michael Jackson, about the opening of the Banjaluka airport for civilian traffic.

HAMBURG - The former European administrator in Mostar, Hans Koschnik, stated for RadioBerlin that "he is skeptic concerning the implementation of the Dayton agreement". According to Kosch nik, the upcoming elections will not succeed because of problems within the Croat/Muslim federation.
