SARAJEVO - The president of the RS State Demarcation Commis sion, Velibor Ostojic, stated that the border in areas of Saraje vo, Majevica, Birc and Osmak was not agreed upon with the Muslim side. Ostojic said that at a meeting with the Muslim/Croat com mission it was agreed that the wider area of Hasani be returned to Srpska, while the Muslim/Croat federation received the right bank of the Una River in the areas of Otoka and Arapusa.

SARAJEVO - The RS premier, Rajko Kasagic, talked in Pale with the European Council secretarygeneral, Daniel Tarchiz, about the creation of a commission for human rights and about RS and Croat/Muslim federation membership in the European Council for the protection of human rights. "We posed the question of whether the entities could have independent membership in the EC for human rights, taking into the consideration that the former B - H became an associat member two years ago", stated Kasagic after the onehour meeting. He confirmed that a constitutional session for a commission for human rights will be held on March 27 in Sarajevo.

SARAJEVO - At a meeting with the RS premier, Rajko Kasagic, the chief of mission of the UN Development Programme, Josef van Arendonck, presented the proposal of a programme for development in Srpska over the next four years.

SARAJEVO - RS premier, Rajko Kasagic, received a French government delegation headed by the French foreign ministry assistant secretarygeneral, Claude Martin, which came to inform itself about the possibilities for reconstructing and building the economy and the telecommunications systems in the Union of the RS and Croat/Muslim federation.

THE HAGUE - The International War Crimes Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, indicted four persons for war crimes committed against the Serbs in the Muslim "Celibici" camp, reports AFP. Because of murder, torture, rape and other crimes committed against the Serbs from the Spring to the and of 1992, the tribu nal indicted the following persons: Zejnil Delalic (age 48), who directed Croat and Muslim units in the Celibici camp from April to September 1992; Zdravko Mucic, nicknamed Pavao, (age 51), commander of the Celibici camp from May to November 1992; Hazim Delic (age 31), deputycommander of the camp from May to November 1992; Esad Landza, nicknamed Zenga (age 23), camp guard from May to December 1992.

BERLIN - In an interview given Junge Welt, the defense attorney of general Djordje Djukic and colonel Aleksa Krsmanovic, Milan Vujin stated that "the arrest of two Serb officers is a terrorist act".

BERLIN - The German paper Berliner Morgenpost cited the opinion of the EU administrator in Mostar, Hans Koschnik, that "IFOR's mandate should be extended to three years". "The multina tional forces should stay three years in the former B-H in order to supervise the implementation of the peace agreement", said Koschnik.

SIDNEY - The Australian Serbian Community is watching with disbelief and disappointment the tragedy of the people in the motherland and thinks that even a bigger force than the Croat/Muslim is, would not succeed in imposing its rule. The Muslim press in Australia is rejoicing and writes that the Bosni an Muslims accept "the gift" called Sarajevo, still not believing that, behind unbreachable Serb front lines, there are no more Serbs.
