SARAJEVO - The president of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska (RS), Momcilo Krajisnik, talked today in Pale with the high representative of the international community, Carl Bildt, on observance of the freedom of movement and release of war prisoners. "We asked better involvement of the international community in protection of Serb property which remains in Saraje vo following the exodus of the Serbs", stated the president of the RS Parliament, and expressed his content for the participants of the Geneva conference and Mr. Bildt raised the question of POW release.

MEDJUGORJE - The Serb and Muslim Commissions for POW Ex change, agreed in Medjugorje to exchange bodies of killed sol diers by March 30 at the former line of separation between the Mostar and Nevesinje municipalities. The exchange will be coordi nated by IFOR French Division, as agreed to.

NICOSIA - A delegation of the RS, led by his Eminence, Bishop of Banjaluka, Jeferm, and the Banjaluka mayor Predrag Radic, is in a fiveday visit to Cyprus. The Limassol mayor, Adonis Hadzipavlua, offered humanitarian relief in money for refugees in the RS, while an agreement was reached on medical treatment of children and disabled war veterans in Cyprus.

BRCKO - IFOR engineering troops, members of the First Ar moured Division, in Brcko succeeded to bridge the Sava River and link the RS with Croatia.

BRCKO - The Executive Board of the Brcko Assembly, formed Arbitrage Commission with a task to gather all relevant facts re garding the expected international arbitrage for this city.

BEOGRAD - In all Serb Sarajevo municipalities which, under the Dayton agreement went under Muslim administration, the transfer of authorities was completed yesterday, confirmed Susan Manuel, UNHCR spokesperson, at a press conference held in Bel grade. "Unfortunately, the transfer of authority in Sarajevo took part chaotically, for a great number of the Serbs left this city, so its multiethnicity could not be persevered, which casts a shadow over the Dayton agreement", Susan Manuel stated.

KAKANJ - In the Muslim city of Kakanj, in central Bosnia, the TV IC-7 Station, started broadcast of its Islamicoriented programme.
