KRAGUJEVAC - The vicepresident of Republika Srpska (RS), Nikola Koljevic, stated for RadioKragujevac that tomorrow's meeting in Geneva, as well as that of the Contact Group convened for March 23 in Moscow, prove the intention of the parties signa tory of the Dayton agreement to implement it. "The Geneva meeting is an extraordinary, but a good will of participants cannot be denied", stated Koljevic.

SARAJEVO - If there is no unpredicted problems, the orga nised moving out of residents of the Serb Municipality of Novo Sarajevo should be accomplished by tomorrow at noon, by which time the remaining 30 families are to be evacuated, stated Mirko Sarovic, the president of the Executive Board of the Novo Saraje vo Assembly.

GENEVA - The high representative of the international commu nity, Carl Bildt, stated that "he is concerned because of the transfer of authority in the Sarajevo's quart Grbavica which is to take place on Wednesday March 20. "If the Serbs are not ena bled to return to Sarajevo, the whole process of the return of refugees will be extremely complicated", assessed Bildt.

VIENNA - The seventh round of negotiations between represen tatives of the RS, the B-H Federation, Yugoslavia and Croatia, begins tomorrow at OSCE base in Vienna. The participants of the meeting will discuss the Draft on regional agreement on disarma ment and the arms control on the base of Paragraph 4 of 1-B Annex of the Dayton agreement.

GENEVA - The OSCE and U.S.A. consider that a great effort should be done for the successful holding of elections in the RS and the Federation of B-H, stated the Swiss foreign minister and OSCE president, Flavio Konti, following his meting with the U.S. state secretary Warren Christopher. He explained that "A great effort is necessary to be done in order to give the "green light" at appropriate moment for elections planned by the Dayton agree ment".

AMSTERDAM - The influential "Folkstrant" writes that the Dutch IFOR troops have the best cooperation with the Serbs, and that the Serbs have offered the biggest assistance during the cleaning of mine lands. The Dutch soldiers are trying to make a good cooperation with the local populace and, for the contrast to British and French troops, are included in reconstruction and repairing process, which s not a part of their usual duties.

BANJALUKA - The Municipal Board of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS) for Banjaluka, warned at "most serious danger provoked by the leftoriented anational political parties". "Through their actions, the results of four yearlong war can be annulled, for the parties of the left orientation want to revert to a state which led to bloodsheding", says a SRS communique.

BREZOVO POLJE - About 300 Muslim refugees blocked the road linking Doboj and Zenica, requesting guarantees for their return to Zepce, reports Muslim RadioSarajevo. Under the peace agree- ment, the complete freedom of movement is guaranteed in the Federation of B-H, but a Muslim policeman admitted to journalists that on the ground it is only a dead letter.

CAPLJINA - Three IFOR-escorted convoys of Muslim refugees, who went to visit graves of their relatives in Capljina and Sto lac, passed through a Croat check point in spite Croat police refusal to let the Muslims through the area under their control. A Spanish officer ordered buses to continue their way together with the escort.
