PALE - The premier of Republika Srpska /RS/ Rajko Kasagic met in Pale today with the French ambassador Yves Goddain.

SARAJEVO - The RS minister of health, Dragan Kalinic, talked in Pale with the newlyappointed ICRC chief in Srpska, Pierre Krainbuhle, about humanitarian problems and the release of pris oner.

BELGRADE - The RS Army HQ commander, general Ratko Mladic, rejected all accusations that the Serb Army committed any crime in the former B-H. "I'm completely sure that no soldier, no unit has ever received orders to do anything contrary to international war law", said the general in an interview given Nin.

CLEVELAND - Muslims gangs armed with guns, knives and hand grenades, are rowing the streets of Ilidza, looting and terroris ing the few Serbs remaining in this municipality of Sarajevo, writes the New York Times. The paper cited UN officials who say that the Serbs, who trusted that the UN and IFOR would protect them, must now leave because there is no protection.

PARIS - The streets of Ilidza are under the rule of Muslim gangs, with their mafia still entering the suburb from the old part of the city, reports the Le Mond correspondent from Ilidza.

PARIS - The Association of RS Serbs in France called upon the Serbs living in France to join in an action in aid of the ex pelled Sarajevo Serbs. "While responding to an appeal from the RS president Radovan Karadzic, the Association launched the action called "One Serb - one roof", which intends to elicit from every participant enough money for at least one roof.

SARAJEVO - The Muslim paper Ljiljan openly claims that with the exodus of the Sarajevo Serbs, conditions have been created for Sarajevo becoming "the capital of Bosnia and of all European Muslims".

CLEVELAND - The USA announced that the American project of arming and training the Croat/Muslim army will cost $800,000,000.

TORINO - The Italian paper Manifesto warned that the return of refugees coupled with the unsolved problems within the

Croat/Muslim federation, might endanger the peace process in the former B-H. In an article titled "The Height of Crime in Ankara - New Weapons for Bosnia", the paper says that Clinton's decision to lift the arms embargo against Bosnia and tomorrow's Conference on arming the Muslims, which is to be hosted by Ankara, are con trary to the spirit of the Dayton agreement.

BELGRADE - The chief of the UNHCR office in Belgrade, Marga ret O'Keefe, stated that the international community and the Muslim government did not create the conditions necessary for the survival of the Serbs in Serb Sarajevo. At a press conference held in Belgrade, she pointed out that "there are no guarantees for the safe and quiet life of the Serbs who remained in those parts of the city into which the Muslim police has entered".

SAMAC - The vicepresident of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS), Blagoje Simic, stated for RadioSamac that the party con- vention will be held by the end of May.

BANJALUKA - The RS minister of agriculture, Djojo Arsenovic, talked in Banjluka with a delegation from the UN Development Agency about aid to Srpska.
