Long, organized beach, at Cassiope, 37 km north of Kerkira, opposite the Albanian coast.

DASSIA BEACH

Picturesque beach, 13 km north of Kerkira in front of the well-developed touristic center of the same name.

GLIFADA BEACH

Very long sandy beach stretching before the hill of Pelekas, 16 km west of Kerkira.

KALAMI BEACH

Beautiful sandy beach, 30 km north of the capital. Its beauty inspired the English author Lawrence Durell to write the book "Prospero's Cell".

KAVOS BEACH

Beautiful sandy beach in the small village of the same name, 47 km south of the capital.

KOULOURA BEACH

Picturesque beach, 7 km south of Cassiope. The bay forms a semicircle, which is why it was named Kouloura (:circle).

MARATHIAS BEACH

Beautiful long beach with thin sand, south of the town of Kerkira.

MIRTIOTISSA BEACH

Picturesque beach, 15 km west of the island's capital, near the Monastery Mirtidion, after which the beach was named. It is actually the extension of Glifada beach.

MON REPO BEACH

Picturesque beach below the palace of Mon Repo, 3 km south of the island's capital.

NISSAKI BEACH

Beautiful beach, situated 23 km north of the capital. In the summer, the resort is overwhelmed by tourists.

PALAIOKASTRITSA BEACH

Beautiful beach situated at the settlement of the same name, 25 km NW of Kerkira. In the sea, a cluster of rocks form the famous Petrokaravo or Kolovri, for which there is a series of legends.

PEROULADES BEACH

Beautiful beach lying 31 km north of the island's capital, near the spot where the homonymous settlement of Peroulades is joined with the neighbouring village of Sidari.

SIDARI BEACH

One of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The cluster of rocks in the sea forms a canal called the "Canal of Love" (Kanali tou Erota).

SINARADES BEACH

Picturesque beach at the homonymous village, 13 km SW of the island's capital. In the background, the venetian bell-tower (15th century) dominates the scenery.

IPSOS BEACH

The touristic beach of Ipsos is one of the best sandy beaches on the island. It is situated 15 km north of the capital, before the Ipsos settlement. Every year, during the summer, a multitude of tourists visit this area.
