“Feast of Panagia Politissa" 23th of August LIVADIA Pilgrims from Rhodes arrive in a special boat.

"Feast of Agios Pandeleimon" 25th - 27th of July MEGALO HORIO The feast is attended by all the islanders. People have meat and rice and the local instrument players play violin, lute, guitar and “sandouri”, while the locals, dance the local dance called “apostolitikos”.

"Feast of Panagia Kamariani" 23th of August MEGALO HORIO The feast takes place at the monastery situated 3 km outside the village. The locals dance “the dance of the cup” gathering money for the restoration of the island’s churches.
