Psara is a small remote island. Its few houses have their own particular colour which reflects the peacefull character of the inhabitants. Being isolated from the rest of Greece, the Psarians are faithfull to the local traditions. In the island's big feasts and festivals, which are probably their only form of entertainment, all the people gather, sing and dance to the rythms of the traditional folk instruments. It is surely worth being present at a celebration of this kind.
