The HR-Net Web Site: NewsThe HR-Net Home Page gives an accurate picture of the static and functional layout of the material contained on this site. Information - mostly in the form of news - is not simply updated, but archived as well. That allows you to follow specific events over the course of days and months as they are covered by certain news sources.
The HR-Net Web Site: Information SourcesA substantial fraction of the site content comes from other locations. HR-Net collects and organizes material that is scattered across the Internet, but pertains to specific topics that are of interest to our readers. Another source of less accessible documents are books and other printed matter.In the case of certain related sites, HR-Net hosts complete mirror copies of their material to allow easier access for their users. For certain organizations, this site provides space and maintenance support for their Home Pages. The list of information sources is completed with a very extensive collection of links to other sites.
The HR-Net Web Site: ToolsThe services offered by HR-Net are highly enhanced by a range of tools that help our users on a continuous basis. Customised news delivery is available via electronic mail. Searches through our documents, be it news in Greek or English or a certain type of off-site location, are accomplished with custom made software. Instructions are as detailed as possible, but the HR-Net Group (hrnet@hri.org) can assist you with special requests. This is especially true for people trying to use the installation packages for Greek character sets for reading, printing and writing Greek texts.
