GUIDELINES FOR WRITING THE PAPER IN FINAL FORM FOR PUBLICATION
- Name (block letters) to be written top left.
- Tiltle of Paper ( block letters ) to be centred.
- Text follows
- Name, title, position, institution ( block letters ) to be written at
end, bottom right ( following text, bibliography and notes ).
- Bibliography , if this exists, to come immediately after the main text
of the Paper.
- References and notes accompanying the text to be marked using
continuous numbering and written on separate sheets numbered as a
continuation of the pages of text (and notes).
- Capitals to be used only when required by the rules of grammar.
- Titles of books and periodicals to be underlined so as to be printed in
italics, or, if written on diskette to be written directly in italics
without underlining.
- Titles of articles in periodicals or in collective volumes to be placed
in inverted commas.
- Paper to be written on Personal Computer ( preferably Apple ) on 3.5
diskette and on MS Word 4.0 and up (preferably Word 6.0) or on MS DOS Word
for Windows 6.0 (save text on ASCII - TEXT or RFT ) and diskette with type
of programme clearly marked to accompany the Paper.
